Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kendor you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to use Kendor.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Kendor to discriminate or violate any applicable law.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

Content

You retain ownership of the challenges, submissions and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the service.

Data processing

Where your organization uses Kendor to process candidates’ personal data, our Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and the sub-processors we use are listed at kendor.io/legal/subprocessors. Our Privacy Policy covers the data for which Kendor is the controller.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
