Roadmap

What we're building next.

Seven features in development. Dates aren't fixed, and early access goes to teams already screening on Kendor.

01In development

AI summary

A short read of what happened in a submission, so reviewers know where to look first. It summarizes. It never scores or decides.

  • Every claim links to a file, line or test
  • Built from the clean re-run and the session log
  • Off until an admin turns it on
02In development

Jobs

Run the whole role in Kendor. Postings, applicants and stages live next to the screens and interviews that decide them.

  • A posting builder with a public link per role
  • One pipeline per job, from applied to hired
  • Signals for what needs you: new applicants, screens to review
03In development

Candidate site

A careers site under your name, with an account for every applicant. Candidates see where they stand and pick up whatever needs them next.

  • Your open roles on a branded board
  • One profile, reused for every application
  • A status track per application: screen, review, interview, decision
04In development

Grading

Rubrics for the parts tests can't judge. Each reviewer scores on their own, and the notes stay with the submission.

  • Weighted criteria on a 1–4 scale, with a hint per criterion
  • Scores hidden from other reviewers until they've scored
  • A decision log of notes, live sessions and outcomes
05In development

Messages

Talk to candidates and your team where the work is. Submissions and invites drop into the thread, so nobody hunts through email.

  • Candidate threads, no account needed on their side
  • Team channels per role for calibration
  • Saved replies shared across the organization
06In development

Observer

A small menu-bar app for take-homes done on the candidate's own machine, in their own tools. It records how the work happened, and the candidate can always see what's captured.

  • Works with any editor, terminal or browser
  • Pause anytime; reviewers see a labelled gap
  • AI and search trail shown as process, not penalty
07In development

Kiosk

A locked desktop app for final rounds and senior assessments. Other apps pause, the network is limited to an allowlist, and reviewers get the same review pipeline as web screens.

  • Process allowlist and focus monitoring
  • Screen snapshots every 30 seconds, streamed to reviewers
  • Every rule shown to the candidate before the session starts

Run your next screen on Kendor. Read what the code says.

Kendor works with engineering teams in the EU, the UK and the US. Tell us what you're hiring for and we'll set up your organization with you.
